A BRIEF TIMELINE
Diversified Real Estate Asset Management, S.L. (DREAM) is a real estate company founded in 2016 and owned by Adam Lee Morze and Chad Morze. DREAM is the founder of Castellana Properties Socimi, S.A. (CPS) among other real estates projects.
CPS acquired its first retail assets in June 2017 and now has its own internal property and asset management team of over 30 people. DREAM is the exclusive deal-maker for CPS and holds the sourcing and investment managers agreement.
CPS’s majority shareholder is VUKILE property fund Ltd, a REIT, regulated and listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange since 2004, with a portfolio of real estate assets owned and managed to 2 billion euros GAV.
VUKILE’s South African portfolio consists of almost 1 million square metres in shopping centres and retail parks.
VUKILE started its Spanish strategy through its investment into CPS.
DREAM is currently a relevant shareholder and the Investment manager in exclusivity for CPS. DREAM has concluded retail related transactions of €1 billion GAV during the last 2,5 years. These transactions are public and available on the Castellana Properties website (www.castellanaproperties.es).
During this period of time, DREAM has collaborated with companies such as ASHURST and DELOITTE among other real estate international advisors, also financial entities as Aareal Bank (Wiesbaden headquarters), Allianz, Caixabank or Santander, among others, supporting transactions debt.
DREAM was founded with a DNA of diversification, to diversify the type of companies in the real estate industry as residential, offices, logistics, hotels or land management. DREAM’s strategy is to grow in Spain and they currently have the team and resources in place to ensure new projects.
In Q32018 Lee Morze founded, through DREAM, and together with LA FINCA, one of the leading real estate local companies, ADMARA CAPITAL which is performing PRS built to rent residential projects and offices as well as greenfield developments and brownfield refurbishments which are complementary to the investment class they manage.
Simultaneously in Q32018, DREAM started the Logistic platform, called DREAM LOGISTICS, carried out at the hands of Ignacio López Tolosa MRICS, with 24 years experience in real estate, in order to set up an Investment and Asset Management platform specialized in real estate logistics.

Founder of Castellana Properties (retail SOCIMI) and also member of the board, Lee holds a Property Development and Management Diploma and is an associate appraiser with over 30 years of experience in the real estate market in more than 30 countries. Lee has built a personal portfolio of private properties, including retail centres, logistics and cold storage facilities, industrial facilities, corporate headquarters, private hospitals, hotels, and greenfield developments.

Co- founder of Castellana property REIT.
With more than 20 years experience in commercial real estate, Chad has specialised primarily in acquisitions and disposals. He has a pure property perspective on acquisitions with an eagerness for deal making. Over the years he has negotiated deals on several continents, in the retail and opportunistic sector.
PETER PARFITT
UNDERWRITING & REAL ESTATE ECONOMIST
Peter has been in the real estate environment for 40 years. Heading various companies, he has most notably acted as professional valuer to most of the real estate companies listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. He acts as independent expert to several of the international audit and legal firms in South Africa. He acts as exclusive external valuer to several local banks for bond grant purposes. His own portfolio of investment properties have included residential, retail, hospital, industrial and office developments.

IGNACIO LÓPEZ-TOLOSA

Ignacio is a performance-driven executive with 20+ years of experience in Real Estate industry, specialised in Investments and Asset Management. His expertise covers acquisitions/disposals analysis, integral value added management of capitalised RE portfolios, valuations and business/strategy planning. Ignacio holds an IE Business School and Masters degree in Real Estate, Bachelor Business Administration BBA. Ignacio is a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) qualified member and assessor and an IE Real Estate Club committee member.
